Surface Dynamics’ mission is to make surface repair on industrial assets 10X more efficient and benficial by developing and bringing to market special purpose, portable and reconfigurable field robotics.for surface cleaning and painting.

Performance highlights:

  • From Norwegian hydropower penstocks the Robot System P has proved capacity of approximately 180sqm blast cleaning (abrasive blasting) of coated penstock interior pr 12 hour shift, of which 10 hours effective Tool-ON time. For long periods only one robot operator is required during normal operation, including handling of blast equipment. 
  • For the purpose of reduced penstock pressure head loss the Robot System P is capable of removing organic growth on 1000sqm pr day using pressurised water cleaning,
